Russ has such a gift at being able to explain it all so clearly, no jargon to make him appear superior and therefore expresses his sound knowledge instilling confidence in the participant…well I can only speak for myself I suppose….and this has motivated me to engage fully with the course. The videos and cartoon materials are excellent, the forum is good and so uplifting when you get a reply which is always very quick! The materials/resources available are the best I have had access to and I have been doing CPD for 17 years since qualifying as a counsellor….so there should be an award for that!
