We’ve created this course with an adult audience in mind. Teenagers could certainly do it and benefit from it, but the content is geared towards adult issues rather than teenage issues.

Designed to fit into busy schedules, the program has been divided into easy-to-digest modules that can be done at your own pace throughout the 6 months of program access – e.g. 10 minutes at lunchtime, 20 minutes at night. We suggest that you carve out at least 90 minutes per week to make sure you have plenty of time to absorb everything and review all program material before your access to the program ends.

Yes. The Happiness Trap Program is not therapy or treatment. It’s an educational program, and very much a psychosocial activity. A psychosocial approach looks at individuals in the context of the combined influence that psychological factors and the surrounding social environment have on their physical and mental wellness and their ability to function.
