“I find that when I go back to the videos, I get something new out of them. Inevitably, I have an “ah ha” moment and for the life of me don’t remember seeing that part the first time I watched it. The material is easy to understand and I understand the concepts of mindfulness well (I have been doing mindful meditation for a few years now) but applying them to your own life in the heat of the moment is challenging. Trying to put all this into practice at the same time is also challenging and certainly does not come easily, that is why viewing certain videos for a second or third time is helpful to me.”
