“I found that I was keen to get started on the program, however a couple of weeks in I was finding it difficult to keep up with practicing and finding time to continue the course. The forum really helped at this point; I could identify with other peoples posts, and even found I could make suggestions on some too. It helped me to identify that my mind was trying to hold me back and that I should choose to keep keep going. I was trying to be too “perfect” and needed to step back and appreciate the small actions I was taking and the benefits I was getting from these. Now, at week 6, I find I am able to see how the little steps I have made are building up and are having an influence on those around me too.”
