We’ve created this course with an adult audience in mind. Teenagers could certainly do it and benefit from it, but the content is geared towards adult issues rather than teenage issues.

After the launch date, the program material will be released weekly for 8 weeks and can be accessed any time that’s convenient for you. We suggest that you carve out at least 90 minutes per week to make sure you have plenty of time to absorb everything and review all program material before your access to the program ends. Taking the time to work through and thoroughly digest each week before moving on to the next one will give you the best chance to develop the skills you need to build a rich, full and meaningful life. At the end of the 8 weekly releases, there will be an additional 4-month grace period providing a total of 6 months of access.

A psychosocial approach looks at individuals in the context of the combined influence that psychological factors and the surrounding social environment have on their physical and mental wellness and their ability to function.
